María Bustamante Harfush

Architect and President of FUNDARQMX

Aclamada arquitecta y Maestra en Vivienda y Urbanismo por la Architectural Association School of Architecture de Londres. Tiene su propio Taller María Bustamante Arquitectura www.arquitecturamb.com donde ha realizado diversas obras de restauración y remodelación. Es investigadora y autora de libros como “Tacubaya en la memoria”, “90 años en el Corazón de las Lomas”, “Ciudad de México: Crónica de sus Delegaciones”. Es jurado y tutora de Jóvenes Creadores FONCA.

Chronicler of Mexico City and member of the Council of Culture of the Miguel Hidalgo Mayor's Office; Founding member and current president of the College of Chroniclers of Mexico City; Member of the Luis Barragán Foundation of Architecture of the Tapatía; Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Don Antonio Haghenbeck y de la Lama Foundation; Trustee of Modern Architecture Studio and Conservation AC. She is president of FUNDARQMX, a foundation whose purpose is to promote an urban-architectural culture of Mexico, which was awarded the "Medal of Merit in Arts".

Perla Castañeda

Health Promoter and Urban Planner

She is a Mexican health promoter and urban planner whose work is based on research and practice in public spaces, urban mobility, community participation, green infrastructure and public policies.

She holds a PhD in Sociology related to urban inequalities, teaches classes on urban health and is a consultant on governance strategies, urban mobility and corporate social responsibility.

Carlos Caamaño

Curator and Cultural Management Specialist

She trained in audiovisual communication at the Peruvian Institute of Advertising and the Rochester Institute of Technology. She studied cultural management at the Lima Museum of Art and took curatorial workshops at the Torcuato di Tella University in Buenos Aires. She recently completed a master's degree in Media and Culture at the renowned Goldsmiths – University of London.

In Lima, he has curated exhibitions for the Vértice Gallery, the Alianza Francesa, the Instituto Cultural Peruano Norte Americano, Cultural Británico, and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, among others. He has also been a guest curator for the Deutsche Bank Gallery and the Instituto Cervantes, both in New York City.

In parallel to his work as a gallery owner and curator, Carlos writes texts for photography exhibitions and has published articles in specialized magazines. He is regularly invited as a jury member and lecturer by important artistic institutions.

Evelyn Amaro

Climate Finance Specialist and Member of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office

Climate Finance Specialist with over 10 years of relevant experience in project management, climate and renewable energy. Evelyn currently leverages her experience as Regional Coordinator for Energy, Climate and Environment for Latin America at FCDO.

She is passionate about finding simple solutions to existing barriers to achieving sustainable development, particularly those that have adverse implications due to the effects of climate change in the least developed countries in the Latin American and Caribbean region. Evelyn holds a Masters in Sustainable Energy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham in England and is a certified expert in climate finance and renewable energy from the Frankfurt Business School.
